All those are sure to increase capacity and efficiency, and keep good product quality as well.

There is the place where products start, but also the key of excellent product quality. Our professional and experienced staffs use CAD, CAXA software to design and draw products, as per customers and market requirements. To make precise standard tools, it is equipped by various advanced and intelligent lathes, for milling, digging, drilling, wire cutting etc.

We have independent Inspection and Test Office, which was equipped many inspection and test instruments, such as drawer slide life testing machine, superficial Rockwell and Vickers optical hardness tester, salt spray tester, film impactor, Color Assessment Light Cabinet etc. Professional and experienced QC men are trained to check product at random and real-time, to make sure qualified products.
